Terms and conditions
With the "Refundable" rate you can pay your reservation upon arrival at the hotel: in case of cancellation of your reservation you will have 100% refund if you cancel the reservation within 14 days from the check-in date and 50% of refund if you cancel your reservation between 1 and 14 days from the check-in date.
With the "Non-refundable" rate you will have to make the immediate payment of your reservation and in case of cancellation you will not be entitled to any refund.
